This hotel is located on the Boulder Creek path which runs through the city of Boulder to the historic Pearl Street Mall and is across the street from the new Twenty Ninth Street Retail District. Eldora Ski resort is nearby as well as Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Adjacent to the Boulder Creek and the 16 mile Bike Path leading into downtown Boulder and the Boulder Canyon, guests can rent bikes or jog along the trail.
