Our cuisine, with exotic and regional specialties, features the finest ingredients. -At Trillium Bis - Serving dinner Monday - Thursday and Sunday 6PM-9PM and Friday and Saturday 6PM-930PM. Hours of Operation subject to change. Please call to confirm. Reservations are required. Dress is resort casual. Summer Wine Dinners will be held on the 3rd Thursday of the month from May through October. Meet for cocktails in our lounge and enjoy dinner with friends and family. Epicuriosly Inspired, Elegantly Adirondack. -At The Sagamore Dining Room - Serving a sumptuous breakfast 7AM to 11AM. Dress is resort casual. Experience a sumptuous breakfast daily in our elegant dining room and buffet dinners during the holidays. -At Mr. Brown's Pub - Serving lunch, dinner and snacks. Open for Lunch 11AM to 5PM. From September 4th-November 4th lunch will be served seven days a week until the course closes. Lunch is served from 11AM-4PM and dinner is served from 530PM-9PM Sunday-Thursday and 530PM-930PM Friday and Saturday. Reservations are required. Please call for availability. Dress is smart casual. The Club Grill is located at the Sagamore Golf Course, 2 1/2 miles from the resort on Federal Hill Road. For your convenience, a complimentary shuttle is available to the restaurant. Dine at our New York City-style steak house overlooking The Sagamore Golf Course, Adirondack Mountains and Lake George. Relax and enjoy a drink and an unforgettable meal after a great day of golf or sightseeing. Savor prime cuts of steak, chicken and fish, all grilled and prepared to perfection.
