Located in the heart of the rolling green countryside, Sheraton Santa Maria de El Paular is approximately 60 miles from Madrid International Airport.

The hotel is part of the 15th-century Carthusian monastery, from which it takes its name. It occupies what was at one time the hunting lodge of the Trastamara.
