The Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing is a landmark hotel located 10 miles from Philadelphia International Airport along the revitalized Delaware River waterfront. A ferry service is provided to many of Philadelphia's historic sites as well as the New Jersey Waterfront, which includes the Camden Aquarium, Children's Garden, Tweeter Center, and Riversharks Stadium. Located on the eastern edge of downtown in an area known as Penn's Landing, the hotel has immediate access to Philadelphia's exciting Dock Street shopping and entertainment area and is within walking distance of Philadelphia's historic sites.

The property is a luxurious 22-story hotel tower offering 350 contemporary, spacious guestrooms.
