The hotel offers a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel 0800 to 1800 and hotel to the airport 0700 to 1700. To use this service guests will need to reserve it before hand to see if there is an availability. The hotel will require the following information to reserve the shuttle service Flight number and company, time of arrival, name of airport and which hotel you have a reservation at. New Years Eve 2008/ 2009 - from 25.Dec/ 08 to 02.Jan/ 09, a valid credit card is required to full prepayment CCD policy - full policy, otherwise hotel will not hold the room. During these special periods, all cancellation dead line up to 20 days before check in date to avoid any penalty. Payments received are Non Refundable. In case of cancellation after due date or no show we will charge for the entire package period as stated on the minimum length of stay. This charge is Non Refundable.
